What is HOKALI?
We are a full-service and management platform delivering whole-child programming for PK–12 schools and districts. We offer a wide range of activities by connecting schools with top local background-checked, vetted educators and academies. Our goal is to provide PK-12 schools and districts with amazing whole-child programming: simple to implement, accessible to every student, and powered by innovative technology.
Pricing
We offer a wide range of activities and programs, including After School, In-School, Aftercare, and Camps. Pricing typically starts at $20 per student per 1-hour lesson with variations depending on the type of program, selected activities, and specific school needs.

Each program can be customized to align with the school or district's goals, schedule, and student interests, which may influence the final cost. For half-day or full-day camps, please contact us for special pricing and tailored options.
Number of Kids per program (minimum/maximum)
The number of students per program depends on the activity and the specific program. For district partnerships, we follow each district's requirements and guidelines. Generally, a minimum of 8 to 10 students is required to start a program, while the maximum number may vary depending on the activity and the school's needs.

Our educators seamlessly integrate enrichment activities and camps within each school's facilities, adapting every program to fit the unique space and needs of each campus.

Our programs utilize a combination of school-provided materials, educator-supplied resources, and our own equipment to ensure all activities.

HOKALI Educators/Academies: Onboarding process
We defined a unique onboarding process to ensure the best-qualified educators for each activity we offer. Educators must complete the onboarding process before the first lesson they connect through HOKALI. The method includes personal interviews, background checks, and accepting and signing HOKALI values, among other requirements
After School Programs Cancellation Policy.
What happens if a student or parent requests to cancel the program?

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the after-school program will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of the program will receive a full credit that can be applied towards another HOKALI program.
• Cancellations made prior to the program's start date, up to 14 days in advance, will qualify for a 50% credit that can be utilized towards any other HOKALI program.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours of the program start.
• In which scenarios HOKALI reserves the right to cancel the program
• To proceed with an after-school program, a minimum enrollment requirement of 6 to 10 students (depending on the program) must be met two weeks prior to the scheduled first session. If this minimum enrollment is not reached, HOKALI reserves the right to cancel the program.
• Parents will be notified five days prior to the start of their after-school program if the minimum enrollment requirement has not been met. In such cases, parents can choose to transfer their child to another available program, or they will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Camps Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Penalties:

• Early Cancellation (more than 30 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel more than 30 days before the camp start date will incur no penalty.
• Standard Cancellation (15-30 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel between 15 and 30 days before the camp start date will face a 25% penalty of the original invoice amount.
• Late Cancellation (less than 15 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel between 0 and 15 days before the camp start date will incur a 50% penalty of the original invoice amount.
• Emergency Situations:

• In the event of unforeseen emergencies disrupting scheduled camp activities, a 50% refund of the affected program's cost will be provided for advance-paid invoices. For unpaid invoices, a modification will be made, reflecting a 50% reduction in the program amount affected by the cancellation. Examples of emergencies include natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes), public health crises, or any unforeseen circumstances that threaten participants' safety and well-being.
• Weather Conditions:
Camps won't be canceled and will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless deemed force majeure. In case of inclement weather, alternative or indoor activities will be offered.
• Refund Processing:
• If applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 days of the written cancellation request.
• Changes to Camp Details:
• Any changes, such as alterations to camp programs or session dates, must be communicated via email to (operations@hokali.co) or to the assigned Account Executive) at least 15 days before the camp start date. Administrative fees may be applied to each change.
