Currently, we do not offer scholarships, financial assistance, or payment plans. However, we are actively exploring options to provide these in the near future. If you have any other questions or need further information, please feel free to contact our Support Team.

What happens if a program is at maximum capacity and I can't register my child?

If a program has reached maximum capacity, and you're unable to register your child, please contact our Support Team at support@hokali.co. We will review all available options to find a solution for your child.

In the Booking Link you receive after your registration you will have the option you go to our Social Feed feature, and check any updates the school, and our coordinators have for you.

What are your cancellation policies?

- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the after-school program will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. - Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of the program will receive a full credit that can be applied towards another HOKALI program. - Cancellations made prior to the program's start date, up to 14 days in advance, will qualify for a 50% credit that can be utilized towards any other HOKALI program. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours of the program start.
